Before Training
Preparation: you explain your needs and expectations in a prelimenary talk.
Greet analyses the current skills in audits:
- of authentic documents, such as letters, faxes, e-mails, reports, minutes.
-Â of telephone behaviour by conducting mystery calls.
- in the field by visiting the work place.
- of the language knowlegde by means of placement talks and/or tests in English or German.
The choice of these audits depends on the target group and the goal you want to achieve.
During Training
Approach: experience-orientated training to activate all senses.
The training method is eclectic and experience-orientated: highly interactive, exercises, cases. All senses are incorporated for a high return and to make it fun. The link to practice is stronger when the participants bring along authentic examples/cases.
Adults expect a high return on investment (ROI). This is why Greet Training uses proven insights, strategies and techniques for both the form and the contents of the training course.
After Training
Three months of helpdesk included.
You receive free advice until three months after the last training day. This helpdesk consists of communication with Greet on the one hand and a supporting webpage on the other hand.
