'Team Management' is for you if you are responsible for a number of people or if you are taking on team responsibility in the near future.

In this training course you will learn safe leadership techniques. You will discover tips and tricks to master difficult situations and relations (change, decisions, delegating, respect, mistakes, feedback, ...).
You will learn how to motivate and stimulate people.
